What do I need to provide?
Our express timeline relies on you! After signing up, you’ll get our “Website Welcome Pack”. You will need to provide your logo, all text for the pages, high-quality photos, and login details for your booking system or social media if applicable. The 5-day clock starts once we have everything.
Do I need my own domain name?
Yes, you will need a domain name. If you don’t have one, you can purchase it through our $40 add-on. The good news is that the annual renewal fee for one domain is included in both our monthly Hosting & Maintenance plan and the Partnership Plan, so you don’t have to worry about it after the initial purchase.
What happens at the end of the 2-year Partnership Plan?
You have great options! After 24 months, full ownership of the website transfers to you. You can either (a) roll onto our standard $50/month Hosting & Maintenance plan, or (b) renew your Partnership Plan for another two years and we will give your website a complete design refresh for free to keep it modern and effective.
What’s included in the ‘1 hour of monthly support’?
This time (included with the Partnership Plan) can be used for any minor updates you need. This could be changing text, updating service prices, swapping out photos in your gallery, adding a new staff member, or posting a special promotion. It’s like having a web expert on your team without the high cost.
Can I update the website myself?
Absolutely! We build on WordPress, the world’s most popular platform. We provide a simple, user-friendly editor that allows you to easily change text, update prices, and add new photos to your gallery whenever you like.
